About

The nuclear war in 2050 wastes the world and only a few hundred million people survive the carnage, but it leaves devastating health effects on the survivors that stay for generations. To survive, the world has to pull together. The Company, a brain-chip-making establishment in the prewar period, becomes the most valuable company because of the exponential rise in the value of its brain chips. The Company generates a lot of revenue and builds domes as a haven for the survivors of the war; it contracts the Authority to administer politics under the domes.

Three centuries later, the Authority is in firm control with the blessing of the Company but there is unease in the way the Authority works and dissent due to the Authority’s oppressive policies. A boy, Dino, will rise to challenge the Authority and seek to establish a new order that will restore the prewar times. The task looks insurmountable and he will need friends on his side, but will the Authority be too powerful, or will he succeed?
